Research from Medical University Has Provided New Information about Liver Failure

2011 NOV 9 -- New investigation results, "Extracorporeal liver support with multipass albumin dialysis or plasmapheresis and filtering systems in acute liver failure," are detailed in a study published in Liver International. "Acute liver failure is a very complex type of disease with a mortality of up to 90%, leading to numerous severe disturbances of the whole organism.
