According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 36th Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, held September 15-18, 1996, in New Orleans, Louisiana, "AIM: Several agents transmissible by sexual contacts have been postulated as potential cofactors for the development ok KS in AIDS. We investigated the association of KS with Mp, and HHV8 in serial blood samples according to exposure category.
