"Intra-Graft Proliferation of Naive and Memory T Lymphocytes During Hepatic Allograft Rejection."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 33rd Annual Meeting of The European Association for the Study of Liver Disease, held April 15-18, 1998, in Lisbon, Portugal, "Liver allograft rejection is mediated by a primary response of T followed by, infiltration of the graft with a mixed inflammatory reaction. We have demonstrated intra-hepatic proliferation of during acute/chronic liver allograft rejection. Aim: To characterize proliferating lymphocytes in the graft tissue during acute/chronic rejection (AR/CR).
