First-Generation HCS Is Not Sensitive Enough for Antiviral Initiation

Murex hybrid capture DNA assay (HCS) is an effective way to monitor the efficacy of cytomegalovirus antiviral therapy.

HCS is a solution hybridization antibody capture assay for the detection and quantitation of cytomegalovirus (CMV) DNA in leukocytes.
