According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 90th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research, held April 10-14, 1999, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, "The objective of this study was to develop methodology for establishing a 'normal range' for multivariable quantitative flow characteristics using an approach based on multivariate statistical distributions. In a large series of allogeneic bone marrow transplants, bone marrow samples were collected from normal donors and analyzed using quantitative flow cytometry on multiple cell surface markers including CD3, CN, CD8, and CD19.
