Study Supports Safety and Tolerability of Anti-Rejection Therapy

Simulect (basiliximab), when combined with standard immunosuppressant drugs, has been shown to be a well-tolerated anti-rejection therapy for children who have received a kidney transplant.

This is according to a multicenter study presented at the inaugural Congress of the International Pediatric Transplant Association (IPTA), held in Venice, Italy, during September 2000.
