M. Mohr and colleagues at Germany's University of Munster evaluated the efficacy of performing two procedures for purging malignant B cells from leukapheresis products. They aimed antibody-enriched immunobeads at B cells during immunomagnetic selection of CD34+ stem cells to enable the "simultaneous capture of residual B cells within a closed system."
