"Breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP) is a recently described member of the ATP binding cassette transporter superfamily," explained Jean M. Sargent and colleagues at Pembury Hospital in Kent, U.K., and the Vrije University Medical Centre and the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam.
