Maker of antibody-based products reports 37% increase in sales

Serologicals Corp. (SERO) reported results for the second quarter and 6 months ended June 30, 2002.

Net revenues for the second quarter of 2002 totaled $37.3 million as compared with $27.2 million in the second quarter of 2001. Net income for the second quarter of 2002 was $3.8 million or $0.15 per diluted share compared with $4.8 million or $0.20 per diluted share in the prior year.
