Novel regimen effective for JMML patients without stem-cell donors

A novel treatment regimen is effective for JMML patients without suitable stem-cell donors.

According to recent research from South Korea, "effective treatment for juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) patients lacking access to stem-cell transplantation remains unavailable."

H.J. Kang and coauthors at Seoul National University described "a promising result obtained with novel regimen comprised of a combination of chemotherapy and differentiation therapy."
