Richard Ganz named president and CEO of medical-devices maker

OmniSonics Medical Technologies, Inc., a developer of advanced medical devices, announced the appointment of Richard G. Ganz to the position of president and CEO.

Ganz brings to OmniSonics more than 20 years of sales and marketing, operations, and general management experience in the medical-device and pharmaceutical industries.

Most recently, Ganz was president of the North American renal business for Baxter Healthcare Corp.
