Real-time PCR clinically useful for single-cell genotyping in blood diseases

A real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) protocol for single-cell genotyping in sickle-cell and beta-thalassemia syndromes in clinically applicable, report scientists at the University of Athens, Greece.
