Home care during the pancytopenic phase following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation improves long-term survival.

According to a recently published study from Sweden, "To prevent neutropenic infections, patients are kept in isolation rooms after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT).
