Deltex Medical new trial data show CardioQ reducing duration of hospital stays by one-third

Deltex Medical Group plc (Deltex Medical or the company), the U.K.'s leading haemodynamic monitoring company, announced the recent publication in the British Journal of Surgery of the results of a major new clinical trial using its CardioQ oesophageal Doppler monitors. The study conducted at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle demonstrated that in cases where doctors used Deltex Medical's CardioQ treatment during surgery to help better maintain fluid balance and blood circulation, those patients suffered fewer complications and were fit for discharge three days sooner than those who did not receive the treatment.
