Tasco Holdings International renamed Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. with new symbol BMSN

Tasco Holdings International Inc. (THII) announced that the company will be known as Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. and will trade under the new symbol BMSN on the OTC Bulletin Board. A company spokesperson said the company had received confirmation that Nasdaq has received everything necessary to effect the name change. Bio-Matrix' chairman and CEO David Koos said, "Our new name reflects the company's desire to identify with its new business model, which is adult stem cell banking, cord blood banking and stem cell/tissue management instrumentation.
