Fresh data on heart attack are presented in the report "Effect of microvascular reperfusion on prognosis and left ventricular function in anterior wall myocardial infarction treated with primary angioplasty. Myocardial reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction may fail despite successful recanalization of the infarct-related artery.
