Research results from Zhejiang University update understanding of stem cell research

New research, "Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells differentiate into epidermal-like cells in vitro," is the subject of a report. According to a study from Hangzhou, People's Republic of China, "Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) are a population of pluripotent cells. They can differentiate into different embryonic layer cells as osteoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes, myoblasts, neurocytes, etc."
