Research reports on meningioma from University Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery provide new insights

New investigation results, "Preoperative embolization of lower-falx meningiomas with ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer: technical and anatomical aspects," are detailed in a study published in Acta Radiologica. In this recent report, researchers in Sweden conducted a study "To report the feasibility of using ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVAC) for embolization of lower-falx meningiomas. Three patients were treated. The procedures were done under general anesthesia."
