Researchers from Leiden University, Department of Clinical Epidemiology report details of new studies and findings in the area of thrombosis genetics

Scientists discuss in "Predictive genetic variants for venous thrombosis: what's new" new findings in thrombosis. According to recent research from Leiden, Netherlands, "Various pathways lead to the development of venous thrombosis. Risk factors are common and can be genetic or acquired."
