Cryo-Cell International, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2007 Results

Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CCEL) (the "Company"), one of the world's largest and most established family cord blood banks, announced results for the second quarter ended May 31, 2007.

The Company also announced that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled in the Company's favor on patent litigation brought forth by PharmaStem Therapeutics, Inc. in relation to Cryo-Cell's umbilical cord banking service.
