Reports outline non-hodgkin lymphoma cell biology research from University of South Florida, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center

New research, "Bone marrow stromal cells prevent apoptosis of lymphoma cells by upregulation of anti-apoptotic proteins associated with activation of NF-kappaB (RelB/p52) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cells," is the subject of a report. According to a study from the United States, "Stromal cells are an essential component of the bone marrow microenvironment that regulate or supports tumor survival. In this study we therefore studied the role of stromal cells in lymphoma cell survival."
