New hemochromatosis study findings reported from University of Washington

New research, "Survival of liver transplant recipients with hemochromatosis in the United States," is the subject of a report. According to recent research from the United States, "Earlier studies have suggested that patients with hemochromatosis have poor post-transplantation survival. We aimed to compare patients with hemochromatosis to those with other causes of liver disease with regard to post-transplantation survival."
