Scientists at University of Minnesota detail research in mastocytosis

A report, "Vav promoter-tTA conditional transgene expression system for hematopoietic cells drives high level expression in developing B and T cells," is newly published data in Experimental Hematology. According to recent research from the United States, "We previously showed that Vav promoter-tetracycline transactivator (Vav-tTA)-driven tetracycline-regulated element (TRE)-NRAS(V12) expression resulted in mastocytosis development in mice.
