"His electrocardiogram (ECG) was typical for an incessant form of fascicular ventricular tachycardia. The patient. rapidly deteriorated and required support using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO). Biopsy revealed GCM with massive myocyte necrosis," wrote M. Weidenbach and colleagues, University of Leipzig.
