New research, 'CytoPred: a server for prediction and classification of cytokines,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research published in the journal Protein Engineering, Design & Selection, "Cytokines are messengers of immune system. They are small secreted proteins that mediate and regulate the immune system, inflammation and hematopoiesis."
