T-Cell Leukemia Animal Studies
Researchers from Tokyo Medical and Dental University publish new studies and findings in the area of t-cell leukemia animal studies

New research, 'Induction of IL-10- and IFN-gamma-producing T-cell responses by autoreactive T-cells expressing human T-cell leukemia virus type I Tax,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research published in the journal International Immunology, "Human T-cell leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I) is associated with adult T-cell leukemia, HTLV-I-associated myelopathy/tropical spastic paraparesis and various autoimmune-like disorders. T-cell immune suppression is also associated with HTLV-I infection."
