New findings from Washington Hospital Center in the area of kidney disease published

Current study results from the report, 'Multiple listing in kidney transplantation,' have been published. "The increasing number of patients with end-stage renal disease and the expanding waiting lists for various solid-organ transplants, particularly kidney transplants, has compelled prospective transplant recipients and their care teams to explore novel ways to accelerate this process, initiating the practice of multiple listing. Multiple listing is defined as being listed for an organ transplant at more than 1 transplant center," scientists in the United States report.
