Reports summarize antithrombotics study results from P. Redondo and co-researchers

Researchers detail in 'Angiogenic and prothrombotic markers in extensive slow-flow vascular malformations: implications for antiangiogenic/antithrombotic strategies,' new data in antithrombotics. "Venous and combined malformations are slow-flow haemodynamically inactive lesions that are present at birth and worsen slowly with advancing age, showing no tendency towards involution. The pathogenesis of vascular anomalies has not been fully elucidated, but their formation and progression are closely related to angiogenesis," scientists writing in the British Journal of Dermatology report.
