2011 SEP 29 -- Scientists discuss in "Alloantibodies to factor VIII in haemophilia" new findings in HIV/AIDS. "Up to one-third of haemophilia A patients develop factor VIII (FVIII) alloantibodies (inhibitors). The Bethesda assay detects inhibitors but is relatively insensitive," scientists in Chicago, Illinois report.
