Reports from Institute of High Energy Physics Highlight Recent Research in Biotechnology

2012 FEB 2 -- New research, "Serial silver clusters biomineralized by one peptide," is the subject of a report. According to the authors of recent research from Beijing, People's Republic of China, "The artificial peptide with amino acid sequence CCYRGRKKRRQRRR was used to biomineralize serial Ag clusters. Under different alkaline conditions, clusters with red and blue emission were biomineralized by the peptide, respectively."
