Genetics Pave a New Path Towards Cancer Therapies

Arthur H. Bertelsen et al. from PharmaGenics Inc. presented an overview of gene therapy prospects for cancer treatments in the February 1995 issue of Bio/Technology.

Bertelsen et al. note that with the onset of molecular biology, the influx of information forthcoming about the molecular aspects of neoplasia provides oncologists with better targets against which to design more specific and effective drugs against cancer.
