IL-2 Enhances Poxvirus-Based Vaccines

Tumor-associated Ags (TAA) have been identified that are recognized by CD8 T cells in both murine and human tumor cells. In some cases, CTL cell lines specifically recognizing these TAA are able to induce cancer regression in patients with disseminated metastases.
