What Women Have Always Known - Cooking Can Kill You

A recent study determined that volatile emissions from heated cooking oils caused an increased risk of lung cancer.

Epidemiological studies have shown that Chinese women have one of the highest lung cancer rates in the world. While tobacco smoking is traditionally a major risk factor for lung cancer in women in Western countries, tobacco smoking accounts for only a minority of the lung cancer cases in Chinese women.
