Process Provides Ability to Screen Cancer Patients for Anti-Tumor Antibodies

The antibody repertoire of any cancer patient can be readily screened with a process designed by Yale researchers.

The isolation of antibodies that react selectively with human tumor cells has been a major focus of cancer immunology. This has the potential for important applications by targeting diagnostic and therapeutic agents.

To date, no process has succeeded in combining ease, efficiency, and success.
