Under the agreement, the Cleveland Clinic will work with OncorMed to establish a Hereditary Cancer Consulting Service (HCCS) program at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. The HCCS program is a patient management clinical advisory service used to assess an individual's risk of having inherited cancer and to provide guidance concerning appropriate cancer surveillance testing and genetic counseling.
