Scientists Discuss Tumor Suppressor Gene Research

Canji, Inc., San Diego, California, announced that it will present results from preclinical studies (in the form of three separate abstracts) at the Gene Therapy of Cancer meeting, held November 8-11, 1995, in San Diego. These results demonstrate the potential of Canji's tumor suppressor program to develop therapeutic products by supplying cancer cells with a new, normally functioning gene that can either block tumor growth or trigger the death of tumor cells.
