GM-CSF-Transduced Tumor Vaccine Effect in Murine Leukemia Model

A granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF)-transduced tumor vaccine elicits immunological responses in a murine leukemia model. Several studies have used GM-CSF-transduced tumor vaccines in solid tumor animal models (C.A. Armstrong et al., Cancer Research 1996;56:2191-98; H. Waikimoto et al., Cancer Research 1996;56:1828-33; and others).
