AAV Transduction Efficiencies Mediated by Donor Cell Receptors

Donor cell receptor variations correlate with transduction efficiencies of adeno-associated virus type 2 (AAV) in hematopoietic cells.

In previous research, Selvarangan Ponnazhagan and colleagues suggested that AAV infection of human cells might be receptor-mediated (J. Gen. Viro., 1996;77:1111-12).
