Toxicities of Combination Immunotherapy for Neuroblastoma Are Manageable

A phase I clinical trial of a chimeric human/murine anti-GD2 monoclonal antibody (ch14.18) combined with granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) for neuroblastoma in children defined the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) and range of toxicities.
