Coacervate Microspheres Deliver Viruses to Tumors

Coacervate microspheres can encapsulate recombinant adenoviruses for delivery to tumor nodules.

S. Kalyanasundaram and colleagues from Birmingham, Alabama, investigated a novel gene delivery method ("Coacervate Microspheres as Carriers of Recombinant Adenoviruses," Cancer Gene Therapy, 1999;6(2):107-112).
