A report from France offers further evidence that mucosal cytokine therapy elicits both antiviral and antitumor response.

Researcher M.G. Tovey and colleagues from Villejuif's Cancer Research Institute examined mucosal cytokine activity in this murine study ("Mucosal Cytokine Therapy: Marked Antiviral and Antitumor Activity," Journal of Interferon Cytokine Research, August 1999;19(8):911-921).
