T. Michigami and colleagues from the Osaka Medical Center, Japan, created an in vivo model of neuroblastoma (NB) to further understand the changes that signal metastasis in this disease. Their data were presented at the 21st Annual Meeting of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research, held September 30 - October 4, 1999, in St. Louis, Missouri. Their study was titled "Analysis of Mechanisms Underlying Bone Metastasis in Human Neuroblastoma Using Bone-Metastatic and Non-Metastatic Cell Lines."
