Cytokine Gene Therapy Uses Fibroblasts to Enhance Tumor Immunity

Cytokine gene therapies can make use of fibroblasts and dendritic cells to enhance tumor immunity.

"Recombinant interleukin (IL)-2 administration can mediate regression of solid tumors in patients with melanoma and renal cell carcinoma," stated M.T.
