Many Factors Influence Success of Antibody-Based Immunotherapy

Two factors are extremely important for determining the potential efficacy of antibody-based cancer immunotherapy, according to AltraRex Corp. researchers: The xenotypic nature of the antibody (tumor-associated antigen-specific antibody originates from a different species than the host), and Existence of a certain level of the circulating specific antigen that complexes with the administered antibody
