Thalidomide Sparks Hepatitis Onset In Leukemia Patient

Physicians in Toronto, Ontario, reported a case study in which a patient being treated for end-stage plasma cell leukemia developed hepatitis while being treated with thalidomide. The case was reported in the April 2001 edition of the American Journal of Hematology.
