Immunomedics Names Chief Financial officer

Immunomedics Inc. (IMMU) has appointed Gerard G. Gorman to the position of vice president and chief financial officer, reporting to Cynthia L. Sullivan, president and chief executive officer.

"I'm delighted to have Gerry join our management team," commented Ms. Sullivan. "Gerry will play a key role in providing strategic financial planning, building our investor relations department, and establishing and maintaining visibility in the investment community," she added.
