Gene Expression Analysis

Initial MPSS analyses completed for The Ludwig Institute for Cancer

Lynx Therapeutics, Inc., (LYNX) announced the successful completion of initial MPSS gene expression analyses for the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research (LICR).

As a result of this outcome, LICR plans to extend the studies to include additional samples from LICR branches around the world. The information generated in this and future projects will be compatible with the data generated under Lynx's existing service agreement with the National Cancer Institute (NCI). In fact, as with DNA-sequence databases, all MPSS data can be combined and compared with those from other investigators worldwide.
