TargeGen, Inc., a biotechnology company focusing on small molecule therapeutics for cardiovascular diseases and cancer, announced the appointment of Dr. Richard M. Soll as vice president of research and development and chief scientific officer. Soll has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the management of medicinal chemistry functions, drug design, and testing.
