Dose components of boron neutron capture therapy for treating brain cancer and melanoma were done on a head model.

According to recent research from Brazil, "Application of neutrons to cancer treatment has been a subject of considerable clinical and research interest since the discovery of the neutron by Chadwick in 1932.
