iCAD introduces software for use with full field digital mammography systems

iCAD, Inc., (ICAD), which designs, develops, and markets computer aided detection (CAD) imaging technology and systems for the early detection of breast cancer, announced the European launch of CompanionCAD for full field digital mammography (FFDM). This product introduction reflects progress under a development and marketing agreement previously announced between iCAD and Fischer Imaging Corp., which led to the introduction of CAD for use with digital mammography systems.
